Departure to the congress of hell by stepping onto the white
lotus!

“Excuse me Osiris, A Yu would like to know about the congress of hell for writing the book The Hadean Law is Pitiless, how did it start from very beginning?”
The Osiris said, “Some time ago, the congress of hell called for an
urgent summit meeting, ten courts of the Yama kings and all the
officials got an urgent hadean notification sent by the King of the
Hades, Fengdu Emperor.
In our congress of hell, the highest commander is the King of the Hades, Fengdu Emperor. There is only one King of the Hades, under him there are ten courts of the Yama kings.
These ten courts of the Yama kings, ultimately lead to big and small hells under these ten courts respectively and that these ten courts of the Yama kings are all ordered to the King of the Hades, Fengdu Emperor.
The content of the urgent hadean notification was regarding the King of the Hades seeing the hells being extremely crowded and currently still continues to add new hells, there is already a serious lack of officials and the servants of hells, and in addition, he couldn’t bear to see all the human beings falling into the hells. Upon that he reported to the Heaven Emperor to assign a living human being who purely upholds the precepts to visit the hells’ punishment then go back to the Saha world to write a book. The confirmation of the book is to be named as The Hadean Law is Pitiless, in order to clean the mind of sentient beings and retrieve all lost sentient beings’ self-nature to let people perform good deeds and accumulate merits to make people have an auspicious life time, and after death can avoid falling into the hell.
This living human being is you, Yuhua Shangguan, with whom a token sent by the congress of hell, and you can optionally go in and out the hell during the period of writing this book.
The congress of hell especially assigned an Osiris to receive and induct Yuhua Shangguan (A Yu) to visit the hell and answer your questions as well.
If it’s happened during the time when the appointed Osiris is
occupied in some work, all the other officials of hell should give
help to Yuhua Shangguan because the hell is too huge as it takes a
very long time to visit all the places. But the book The Hadean Law

The urgent hadean notification mentioned that A Yu, you are
completely under the level-headed situation and use the meditative
concentration ability to separate from the body to visit the hell.

Sure! A Yu is very grateful to the Osiris!
We started to proceed to the hell; the hell is really so huge. Every time the visiting route is different. Hope all sentient beings don’t fall into the hell; if you even decide to come to the hell, it’s just to liberate the souls as according to your vow!
Now the direction we were going has no screaming of suffering and has no terrifying feeling, in the front there was a small bridge with water flowing below and bosket, which made me feel very good.
The Osiris said that here is the place where the King of the Hades and officials live and now we needed to go to the assembly hall where the King of the Hades meets the officials for the meetings. In fact the hadean officials’ residential places are quite good with welfare as well and it’s similar to those of officials in the Saha world.
Further ahead there was a big house and the internal decoration in ancient style looked quite elegant.
There was a big horizontal stele with four Chinese characters at the uppermost of the assembly hall which wrote - Zheng Da Guang Ming. The King of the Hades sat down under the horizontal stele. Two sides of the wall hung some paintings, the content are some people with ancient appearances doing goodness. Several hell officials sat on both sides. The King of the Hades, Fengdu Emperor was working on the issues about increasing the constructions of hells with the officials and he was very busy!
At that time I immediately kneeled down saying, “The human being
common woman, Yuhua Shangguan, call on the King of the Hades,
Fengdu Emperor! I am grateful to Fengdu Emperor about giving me the
opportunity to write The
Hadean Law is
I, the common woman, would like to kindly ask Fengdu Emperor, what are the causes and conditions to write the book The Hadean Law is Pitiless?”
The King of the Hades, Fengdu Emperor answered, “In the very beginning of the ancient time of Saha world, everybody was naturally virtuous, followed and observed the five precepts and ten kinds of wholesome behavior.
At that time it was balanceable between Yin and Yang among heaven and earth, the rainbow was shining and it had prosperous grain harvest, the Saha world presented to be harmonious, without natural and man-made calamities, everybody enjoyed the natural life and returned to heaven after death.
But the desires and habits of human beings are continually being polluted and deteriorating. From the very beginning through vast eons the habit of human being is from the sexual desire, which make humans circulate within the Six Realms of Reincarnation.
Because human’s behaviors continued declining, broke the percepts and did ten evils, so from the mediaeval ancient period the Heaven started to construct the hell to punish and educate the human beings who declined and broke the percepts to let them undertake the self-discipline in the hell.
At that time, the hell was very small and not many human beings fell into the hell. As time passed by thoughts become contaminated, the natural good of human beings from the very beginning of pristine time was almost lost.
Now the energy of the upheaval and evil mind of human beings can
stretch up into the sky, particularly the sexual misconduct energy
is terribly damaging the universal balance law of nature, so it
makes the energy of the heaven and earth feculent, to a point that
where heaven and earth cannot be differentiated. Yin and Yang
already lost the balance long time ago, the natural disasters
frequently happened in the Saha world, all of these are a warning
that in the future more natural disasters will continuously come
one after another and that the natural disasters could not be
stopped by neither science nor technology of human beings.
The way to save the sentient beings is not by science and technology, but to sincerely follow and observe the five percepts and perform ten kinds of wholesome behavior, sincerely repent previous evils and to follow the pure path.
If we continue improving our behavior, the universal nature will have its own way and gradually balance out, otherwise there will be serious disaster from Mother Nature or by peoples’ intentional or accidental actions; and the sentient beings that do evils will guarantee to fall into the hell.
Now the hell is over capacity and our work here is also terribly overloaded. I couldn’t bear to see that the Saha world is going to the perdition and the ethics declining; thereby to inform of the heaven’s secrets and disclosed information, a living human being, who purely observed the percepts, was assigned and reported to the Heaven Emperor to visit the different punishments of hell and then return to the Saha world to write the book to advise and save the humans; to resign performing evil and to perform good deeds, in order to get back the connatural bright spirit as soon as possible.
If after reading the book The Hadean Law is Pitiless,
people who circulate or reprint it for free can clean their mind
themselves as well and all their great vows will all attain
perfection. The congress of hell will record this as an
exceptionally good merit in his/her personal birth and death book,
and can be excused from the previous evil karma, and after death
can ascend to the Heaven Realm based on this merit.
If people obloquy and prevent circulation of the good book The Hadean Law is Pitiless, it will also be recorded a exceptionally bad karma in his/her personal birth and death book, after death he/she will fall into the hell of howling, the hell where the tongue is ripped out, the hell of where the eyes are gouged out and so on to accept the punishment from hell. Whilst they are living in the Saha world, they will also face the retribution of suffering illness and finally death. The kind of punishment level will be based on the condemning details of obloquies and prevention of the circulation of the good book The Hadean Law is Pitiless.
If a large number of sentient beings believed those obloquies, not only will they be judged in the hells mentioned before to accept the punishment, the obloquy person will be thrown into the Avīci hell while it’s very difficult to transcend to birth!
Right then! We are busy now, today you go back first to write down what I said about the reasons of writing the book as above. Hope the sentient beings can encourage each other, can spread the word, can practice cultivation and can accumulate the merit and perform good deeds.”
